Less than a minute
I have decided to end my trip to the Ayurvedic retreat a week early. It was not an easy decision, but being sick for 3-4 days right into the treatment did not help. Sigh. Anyways, I will write about my experiences in the next few days once I have settled in. It was an insight into myself that I would like to share.
I am off to Singapore tomorrow and will be there for just under two weeks before I head off to Ko Lanta, Thailand. Talk soon.
